These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access, and use of the AstraEdge TradingView Indicator(“Product”). By subscribing or purchasing through our Website, you agree to comply with these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.

1. Overview of the Service

AstraEdge is a proprietary, technical-structure–based analysis tool hosted on the TradingView platform.
It provides:

Multi-timeframe structure context
Market levels
Dynamic zones
Sideways detection
Volatility context
Analytical insights for intraday analysis

AstraEdge is not an investment advisory service, and it does not provide buy/sell signals. It is strictly an analytical tool meant to support your decision-making.

2. Digital Product & Delivery

AstraEdge is delivered digitally via invite-only access on TradingView.
Once access is activated, the Product becomes permanently consumed, as TradingView does not support revoking invite-only access.

Access is granted within the estimated activation window after payment confirmation.
You must provide an accurate TradingView username at checkout.
Access is strictly linked to that username and cannot be transferred.

3. Activation & Access

Access is typically granted within 6 –12 hours of successful payment.
If access is not received within the expected timeframe, you must contact support within 7 days.
Incorrect usernames provided by the user may delay activation but do not qualify for refunds.

4. Licensing & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, you receive a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use AstraEdge for the duration of the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, semiannual, or annual).

You may not:

Share, resell, or redistribute the indicator
Add other users to the indicator
Share screenshots of proprietary logic or internal structure
Copy, replicate, reverse engineer, or modify the code
Use the Product in ways that violate TradingView House Rules

Any misuse may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, without refund.

5. Fees & Payments

All payments are securely processed via ________.
We do not accept cash or unofficial transactions.
Subscription fees are final and subject to the Refund Policy.
Plans are one-time purchases, not auto-renewing.
Prices may change without notice.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy applies, key points summarized:

Once access is granted on TradingView, no refunds or cancellations are possible due to the digital, non-returnable nature of the Product.
Duplicate payments or failed transactions will be verified and refunded.
If access is not granted within the expected timeframe, you may request assistance within 7 days.
In rare exceptions where a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days.

7. Renewal Policy

AstraEdge operates on manual renewal only.
You may choose to renew for 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months.
No auto-renewal is charged at any time.
Renewal reminders may be provided, but timely renewal is the user’s responsibility.

8. User Responsibilities

By using AstraEdge, you agree to:

Provide accurate account details during checkout
Keep your TradingView credentials secure
Not share access or redistribute the indicator
Respect intellectual property rights
Use the tool responsibly — you remain fully responsible for all trading decisions

Prohibited Usage

You must not use the Product or Website:

For illegal or unauthorized activities
In violation of any applicable regulations
To disrupt, attack, or harm the platform
To misuse or duplicate proprietary content

Violation may result in immediate suspension of access.

9. Third-Party Links

The Website or Product may contain links to third-party websites.
We do not endorse or take responsibility for:

Their content
Their policies
Their practices

Users should review third-party terms independently.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee profits, returns, accuracy of signals (no signals), or trading outcomes.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
AstraEdge does not execute trades on your behalf.
You acknowledge that trading involves financial risk, and you alone are responsible for your decisions.
We are not liable for losses, missed trades, or issues arising from TradingView outages or market volatility.
Technical delays caused by incorrect usernames or external factors are not grounds for refunds.

11. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate access without prior notice if:

A payment dispute, fraud, or chargeback is initiated
Access is shared or redistributed
Code is copied, leaked, or reverse engineered
The user violates any Terms herein

Termination under these conditions does not qualify for refunds.

12. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

Internet outages
Platform downtime (TradingView)
Server failures
Regulatory restrictions
Natural disasters
Cyber attacks

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All legal disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

14. Consent & Acknowledgment

By purchasing or using AstraEdge, you confirm that:

You have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
You understand AstraEdge is an analytical tool, not investment advice.
You are solely responsible for your trading actions and outcomes.
