1. Digital Product Nature
AstraEdge is a digital TradingView indicator.
Once access is activated on your TradingView account, the product is considered delivered and consumed, as TradingView does not allow revoking or “returning” access.
Because of this technical limitation, all purchases become final once access is granted.
2. No Refunds After Access Activation
Once your payment is completed and AstraEdge is successfully added to your TradingView account:
✅ The delivery is permanent
❌ Access cannot be undone or revoked
❌ Refunds cannot be provided
This applies to:

Six-month access

One-year access

Any future access packages
This ensures fairness and protects the product’s integrity from misuse.
3. Before Purchase

4. Failed Payment or Duplicate Payment
Refunds can be issued in the following cases:
4.1 Payment failure

4.2 Duplicate payment
If you were charged twice by mistake, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.

5. Incorrect TradingView Username
If you entered the wrong TradingView username:

Access may fail to activate

You must contact us with the correct username

AstraEdge requires:

A TradingView account (free or paid)

Stable internet

Basic charting knowledge
If you experience issues using the indicator:

Provide guidance + troubleshooting

Offer documentation or video support
However, refunds will not be provided for technical difficulties beyond our control.
7. Fraud & Abuse Prevention
To prevent misuse and unauthorized distribution of the indicator:

No “trials” or temporary access

No switching of TradingView accounts after activation
